（中央社記者鄭崇生費城27日專電）共和黨總統候選人川普今天公開呼籲，要俄國駭客找出民主黨總統候選人希拉蕊消失的電郵；希拉蕊陣營批評，川普鼓勵外國勢力以間諜活動介入美國政治、已是國安問題。

美國媒體形容，川普再一次以「語不驚人死不休」的方式，搶走了民主黨正舉行全國代表大會的焦點與目光。

歐巴馬總統今天晚間將與副總統拜登接力演說，為希拉蕊在明天正式接受提名前夕、營造全黨的勝選氣勢與高潮，但川普又以驚人之語，讓媒體焦點圍繞著他所說的話轉。

川普今天在佛羅里達一場造勢活動上說，「俄羅斯，如果你們有在聽的話，我希望你們能找出（希拉蕊）那3萬封消失的電郵」。

希拉蕊任職國務卿期間，以私人電郵伺服器處理公務，共收發6萬多封電子郵件，她離任後將半數交回國務院，其餘約3萬封均以「私人郵件」為由，聲稱全數刪除。

電郵門還不只這一樁，就在民主黨提名她前夕，黨內還爆發「電郵外洩門」事件，讓聯邦參議員桑德斯的支持者至今仍認為民主黨以不公平手段，讓希拉蕊贏得初選。

這兩起都和電郵有關的事件，幾乎讓希拉蕊在黨內提名的起跑線上，舉步維艱、麻煩纏身。

就在川普發表上述談話後，國家廣播公司新聞網（NBC News）引述分析，民主黨高層及希拉蕊陣營都憂心，一旦有更多電郵外洩，這將成為今年美國總統選舉的「10月驚奇」（October Surprise），恐沈重打擊希拉蕊。

在美國政治中，所謂「10月驚奇」就像是台灣所稱的「選前奧步」，每當11月投票前、共和與民主兩黨選前最後衝刺階段，都擔心對手突然耍手段或公布震撼消息，足以影響選情。

希拉蕊陣營資深政策顧問蘇利文（Jake Sullivan）今天在聲明中表示，這是第一次、有美國的主要政黨總統候選人鼓勵外國勢力、發動駭客的方式，來對抗自己的政治對手，這已關乎「國家安全」。1050728
